ETS and Sierra Engineering Team to Advance Resilient Infrastructure

 Integrating world-class software engineering with ETS's proprietary resilient infrastructure platform

Emerging Tech Solutions, Inc. (ETS) has formalized a teaming agreement with Sierra Engineering & Construction (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (SIERRA) to co-develop and deploy ETS's proprietary resilient infrastructure platform across US government programs and international consumer markets.

Under the agreement, ETS serves as Prime Solution Provider, with SIERRA contributing specialized software engineering capabilities including server applications, network management, managed services, data integration, and user-facing application development.

Together, the organizations are positioned to deliver fully integrated, end-to-end resilient infrastructure solutions that meet the complex demands of both public sector clients and underserved communities worldwide.

Target Programs and Geographies

The collaboration is initially focused on US government-supported resilience and connectivity programs, including:

• BEAD (Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment): Connecting underserved communities with resilient broadband infrastructure

• BRIC (Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities): Funding community-level resilience hubs and command centers

• CDBG-DR (Community Development Block Grant, Disaster Recovery): Supporting disaster-impacted communities with durable infrastructure solutions

Priority states include Louisiana, Mississippi, and Georgia, with the program available across all 56 US states and territories. ETS has already secured a Letter of Support from Louisiana's Office of Planning and Budget in support of state-level deployment.

The teaming agreement also encompasses consumer-driven infrastructure deployments, including affordable communications solutions for underserved communities internationally.
